Forklift hydraulic hoses are flexible conduits designed to convey hydraulic fluid
throughout the forklift's hydraulic system.
They are critical components that connect the hydraulic pump, control valves, and
actuators (such as lift and tilt cylinders).
Their primary function is to transmit hydraulic power under high pressure, enabling
essential operations including:
1. Lifting and lowering the forks
2. Tilting the mast
3. Side-shifting and load handling
4. Steering function
Quality Requirement for the Hose:
1. High-Pressure Resistance: Must withstand the system's maximum operating pressure
and pressure surges without bursting or excessively expanding.
2. Abrasion Resistance: The Outer side must be tough enough to resist abrasion, cuts,
and weather conditions.
3. Flexibility: Must remain flexible to accommodate the forklift's movement without kinking.
4. Temperature Resistance: Must perform reliably within a specified temperature range,
typically from -40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F)
