From its core fuel business to clean fuels, new energy and overseas expansion,
Quanchai Power is opening up its next growth space. The forklift power market is entering
a new stage.
In Quanchai's current forklift power layout, G29 and E25 are two representative product lines.
Among them, the G29 series reflects Quanchai's continuous advancement in the direction
of clean fuel. According to the data, the G29LPG engine has a displacement of 2.853L, a rated
power of 47kW at 2500rpm, and a maximum torque of 192N·m at 1600rpm. Compared with
similar products, this product has certain advantages in key indicators such as rated power,
maximum torque and the lowest gas consumption rate under full load, and performs
outstandingly in terms of power and economy.
Focusing on the typical working conditions of frequent start-stop and long-term continuous
operation of forklifts, Quanchai has carried out targeted enhancements in product design,
covering aspects such as the strength of the engine body, high-temperature resistance, thermal
load shock resistance, and NVH performance. For industrial vehicle users, such a product
concept is of more practical significance - power products should not only be "sufficient", but
also "durable", "suitable for long-term working conditions".
If G29 represents the product in the direction of clean fuel, then E25 better reflects the
export-oriented product capabilities established by Quanchai in response to international market
demands.
As an important forklift power product for overseas markets, the E25 is compatible with forklifts
ranging from 3 to 3.5 tons. It adopts a 4-cylinder, 2.49L displacement design, with a rated power
of 46kW at 2400rpm and a maximum torque of 220N·m at 1600-1800rpm.
It is equipped with a high-pressure common rail fuel system and meets Euro V emission
standards. The net weight of the entire machine is 265 kilograms. Such a parameter combination
clearly corresponds to the actual demands of overseas markets for medium-tonnage forklift power
product in terms of emissions, power output, fuel systems and product compatibility.
Such market feedback indicates a very crucial judgment: in the future, forklift power will not
follow a single route, but is more likely to develop in parallel along multiple routes such as fuel,
clean fuel and new energy. Whoever can build a more complete product matrix in advance around
different working conditions, different customers and different regions will have a greater chance
of taking the initiative in the next round of competition.
It is precisely for this reason that the current path of Quanchai appears to have more practical
significance. It has not given up its long-term accumulation in fuel engines. Instead, while
continuing to consolidate its traditional power advantages, it is accelerating the upgrading of clean
fuel products, promoting the layout of forklift electric drive systems, and enhancing its international
market competitiveness through export-oriented products such as the E25.
In that sense, The current moves of Quanchai Power are not merely about product upgrades,
but also about opening up new space for the next round of growth.
