material management and precise inventory control, building an intelligent and efficient material support
system has become an important path for petrochemical enterprises to enhance supply chain resilience
and promote lean operations.

Flexible management of multiple types of materials
The project integrates the intelligent vertical rotating lifting cabinets with the AGV transportation system for
collaborative application, forming a "small items concentrated storage, large items flexible handling" internal
warehouse management model, enhancing the adaptability to multiple material types scenarios.
Efficient transfer operation
In response to issues such as limited site roadway dimensions, small turning space for manual forklifts,
and high risks in picking up and placing high-position pallets, the project utilized omnidirectional stacker-retrieval
vehicles to achieve flexible and precise transfer, storage of oversized and wide materials within narrow spaces.
Intelligent collaborative scheduling
The project uses ACS system as the scheduling center, connects with the customer's WMS at the top level,
and maintains data synchronization with the group's SAP and ERP systems through the WMS. It also collaborates
with AGV, intelligent vertical rotating lifting cabinets and other equipment at the bottom level to achieve task
distribution, status monitoring, inbound and outbound warehouse confirmation, and data transmission,
promoting the upgrading of warehouse operations to systematic and traceable management.
