The EP new generation of AI material handling robot (XPA152) is an intelligent
material handling robot with autonomous decision-making capabilities. Its core capabilities
include autonomous cargo search, autonomous storage location search, and seamless
integration with enterprise systems. It is suitable for industrial scenarios such as production
line inspection, loading and unloading, and empty pallet recycling.
Through AI autonomous scanning, the pallet storage positions are accurately identified,
and the nearest goods are automatically locked for handling. In case of no goods, it can
also intelligently issue a warning and send signals to other robots, reducing the waste of
empty running.
In the terminal warehouse area, the robots can intelligently search for available storage
locations to complete autonomous unloading, dynamically adapt to various storage
locations without the need for fixed points, making the handling operations more efficient
and flexible. In the standard operating process,
this EP robots can independently analyze the operation scenarios and plan better handling
solutions. The entire process from finding goods at the starting point to unloading at the
destination does not require human intervention.
Meanwhile, the robots can be stably integrated with enterprise systems such as WMS and
MES. Data generated by robot movement is uploaded in real time, achieving full-process
digital and intelligent management.
With extremely simple operation, it also features the characteristics of extremely simple
operation and extensive flexible application capabilities, further lowering the usage threshold
and expanding the application boundaries. This EP AI robot supports four-point determination
of the storage area range, allowing for autonomous planning of storage locations without the
need to modify the site.
The storage locations can be used immediately upon pulling. The single machine comes with
built-in wireless communication, eliminating the need for a dedicated wifi network and enabling
extremely simple deployment. It is also equipped with a voice interaction function.
By giving voice instructions for handling, the robot can operate independently, freeing up the
hands of the staff.
This powerful adaptability enables robots to be widely applied in the production and material
distribution processes of multiple industries such as manufacturing, automotive parts,
pharmaceuticals, and 3C, helping to enhance the quality and efficiency of material handling in
various industries.
In the future, EP Robotics will continue to focus on the intelligent material handling field,
constantly explore and innovate, inject new impetus into the industry's development, providing
customers with more high-quality and efficient intelligent products and services.
