Recently, HC Forklift Group officially launched five forklift robot products
covering the core operational scenarios of factories:
1. Counterbalanced type (three-point flexible loading and unloading, four-point outdoor heavy-duty)
2. Telescopic type (8-meter high-level storage and retrieval)
3. Pallet handling vehicle (high-frequency handling)
4. Stacker (lightweight stacking)
The entire series shares a unified technical foundation of "3D laser radar + multi-camera depth
cameras + end-cloud collaborative industrial large model", with the same capabilities.
At the product capability level, the HC forklift robot possesses five core intelligences:
1. Environment understanding:
It can autonomously identify the operational area and dynamic obstacles without the need for ground
markings.
2. Task understanding:
It supports natural language command input, and the warehouse supervisor can issue a task with just
one sentence.
3. Loading and unloading capability:
It can accurately identify target pallets and empty spaces on the shelves, and autonomously handle
obstructions and abnormalities.
4. Motion planning:
It precisely responds to complex long-tail scenarios such as soft packaging stacking and mixed cargo boxes.
5. Active safety system:
It conducts 360° global prediction, upgrading from passive protection to active safety.
HC's chief technology officer emphasized: "Traditional AGVs are 'you tell it how to go, and it goes accordingly"
the forklift robot is "you tell it what to do, and it figures out how to complete it on its own".
It replaces not the driver's hands and feet, but the driver's entire ability from judgment to execution."
This release marks that HC has officially completed a comprehensive transformation from a traditional
equipment manufacturer to a leader in intelligent logistics solutions powered by artificial intelligence, evolving
from forklift equipment to intelligent operation systems.
Re-defining the new form of future intelligent forklifts, the industry vision of "making forklifts understand the
site and enabling intelligence to complete the tasks" has fully transitioned from concept to reality.
