1. Based on innovative design, the quality foundation is firmly established. The Quanchai E25 engine incorporates
multiple breakthrough innovations in its design, laying a solid foundation for performance upgrades. At the structural level,
a split body is adopted, significantly enhancing strength and rigidity. The crankshaft is equipped with 8 balance weights
made of forged steel and a large-inertia flywheel, significantly enhancing the operational balance and reliability. The compact
design of the cylinder head and the optimized design of the air passage and water jacket further consolidate the overall
structural stability. In terms of NVH optimization, through high-rigidity integrated cast aluminum gear chambers, hot-end EGR
valves, and high-uniformity EGR hybrid structures, combined with fine high-tooth small-module helical gears and the support
design at both ends of the hydraulic pump gear bearings, noise reduction is achieved throughout the entire chain from noise
generation to transmission. The module design adopts a more humanized approach. The independent water pump module is
directly installed on the cylinder head, which is highly efficient, convenient and easy to maintain. The machine cooler and filter
adopt a modular and universal design, which is more mature and reliable. It reserves sufficient suspension layout space,
which can be flexibly adapted to various forklift models and provide diverse solutions for vehicle manufacturers.
2. Compared with its predecessor, the E25 has achieved a comprehensive breakthrough in performance in terms of multi-dimensional
performance leap and adaptability to scene requirements. It features strong power and stable output. With a 2.5L displacement,
the maximum torque can reach 220N · m (@1600-1800rpm). Even at a low speed of 1000rpm, the torque can still be maintained at
175N · m, making it easy to handle complex working conditions such as heavy loads and frequent starts and stops of forklifts. The energy
efficiency performance is also outstanding. The minimum fuel consumption with external characteristics is ≤210g/kW · h, Ensuring
efficient operation while effectively reducing the operating costs for customers. The optimized NVH solution makes the engine run more
quietly, creating a comfortable working environment for operators and enhancing the experience during long-term operations.
3. Euro V Emission Benchmark, Leading the environmental protection trend. Facing the strict requirements of the international market
for the emissions of non-road mobile machinery, the Quanchai E25 engine takes "high-pressure common rail +EGR+DOC+DPF" as its core
technical route, comprehensively solving the emission problems. For the multiple pollutant limits in the low-power segment, the Quanchai

cycle RMC mode, and emissions under low-load conditions, the Quanchai E25 has achieved full-condition emission compliance through
technological optimization, perfectly meeting the strict environmental protection regulations of overseas markets.
