On November 24th, the 2025 Liugong Global Supplier Conference, themed
"Wisdom.Green · Extending Human Power", was held in Liuzhou. The conference brought together
over 600 global supplier partners of Liugong to jointly draw up a new blueprint for the coordinated
development of the industry and open a new chapter of strategic cooperation.
In his opening remarks, Zheng Jin, the chairman of Liugong Group, expressed his sincere
gratitude to the global supplier partners who have been through thick and thin with Liugong for decades.
He pointed out that over the years, in a complex and volatile market environment,
Liugong has worked hand in hand with its supplier partners, forged ahead under pressure, and achieved
steady development. It is also emphasized that in the face of future global competition,
Liugong will work hand in hand with its supplier partners to pool strength through ecological win-win,
enhance efficiency through full-chain collaboration, expand space through global layout, and lead the
future through innovation-driven development.

chain to jointly write a new chapter of high-quality development in the construction machinery industry.
In the keynote report, Huang Haibo, vice president of Liugong, with the theme of "A New Journey
of Smart and Green Supply Chain", systematically expounded Liugong's strategic layout in supply chain
transformation. And stated: "We will achieve scale breakthroughs and global collaboration by strengthening
the bottom line of cooperation, deepening performance-oriented partnerships, creating open and
transparent processes, expanding centralized procurement, promoting electronic procurement, and focusing
on value creation. We aim to build the Liugong supply chain system into a safe, agile, cost-optimal, and
sustainable value creation center, thereby contributing to the brand enhancement of Liugong."
In his report titled "Becoming the Best Choice for Global Customers with Green, Intelligent and
Digital Engines", Lin Mingzhi, the chief engineer of Liugong Co., LTD., elaborated in detail on Liugong's
strategic deployment in the field of technological innovation. He introduced the latest achievements of
Liugong in the fields of electrification, intelligence and digitalization, including breakthrough products such as
the new generation of electric loaders and intelligent excavators. Lin Mingzhi proposed that Liugong and its
supplier partners should build a value community, jointly create differentiated value, defuse innovation
risks, accelerate the application of new technologies, provide customers with world-class quality and experience,
optimize the total cost of ownership for customers, and enhance core competitiveness.

During the partner sharing session, Zeng Yong, the general manager of Guangxi Cummins Industrial Power
Co., LTD., shared the practical path of Cummins and Liugong jointly building an efficient value chain, centering
on customers and driving value maximization.
Wang Liping, the chairman of Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Co., LTD., reviewed the 20-year cooperation
journey with Liugong, from prioritizing supply to providing global services, and shared the planning and layout
for deepening the full value chain cooperation with Liugong and jointly exploring the global market in the future.
Zhang Ruohai, the director of Yidong Innovation Research Institute, with a professional perspective and
detailed data, systematically analyzed the trend of enterprises going global and the construction direction of
supply chain capabilities for building a win-win ecosystem for the industry.
The conference also held sub-conferences for various business suppliers to discuss the path of efficient and
collaborative business development and to honor outstanding supplier representatives who have worked hand
in hand with Liugong over the past year.
